New to computers? Help is just a “click” away! Let’s learn how to use a mouse and computer keyboard. This no-stress introductory workshop is offered at the East Side Branch Library EVERY Tuesday evening, from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Appointments are required. Please call 203-576-7634. These fun classes are provided in both English and Spanish languages.

Teens, ages 12 -18 years old are invited to play Wii games.

Get your gaming on with our Nintendo Switch! You can use our games or bring your own games to play. For children, ages 8-12 years old.  Switch Play is offered every Thursday from 5-7 PM in the Children’s Room of the Newfield Branch Library.

Remember typewriters? Even if you don’t recall the clacking sound of pounding keys and want to type a letter today, computers have easy to use software called “Word.”  Learn how to type letters and basic documents using Word! These free classes are offered at the East Side Branch Library on Fridays from 10:00-11:00 am, by APPOINTMENT only. Please call 203 576-7634.

Join us for stories, rhymes, and songs followed by playtime with toys! For children, ages 0-4 years old with a parent/caregiver. Little Readers occurs every Monday morning at 10:30am in the Children’s Room of the Newfield Branch Library, except on holidays.
