In Person: Writing Workshop with Terence Hawkins

Wednesday, May 25
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

IT’S YOUR STORY.  LET US HELP YOU TELL IT.

This weekly workshop is designed for writers at all levels of practice, from beginners with an idea they’d like to develop to more experienced hands with a finished manuscript.  In each session we’ll respectfully critique one another’s work, discuss examples from classic and contemporary authors, and try exercises designed to unlock our creative potential.

We’re open to all forms and genres, from speculative fiction to memoir.  The workshops are led by Terence Hawkins, whose fiction has twice been named to Kirkus Reviews Year’s Best list and who founded the Yale Writers’ Conference.  The workshops are free and begin April 20.
