Mindful Meditation with Community Mindfulness Project

Detox from the stress of the day with a live guided meditation session.  Mindfulness is a basic human ability that allows us to be fully present in this moment.
There will be a conversation and guided meditation. Each meditation is appropriate for first time meditators and those with long -standing practices.
