The Bridgeport Public Library is excited to announce the grand opening for its new library location: The Beardsley Branch Library, located at 2536 East Main Street. The public is invited to attend the opening ceremony on Saturday, April 22nd at 10:00 a.m., with the doors officially opening immediately after and plenty of family-friendly activities to follow until 4:00 p.m.
Attendance is free and light refreshments will be served. Join us for this special day to celebrate with us!
BEARDSLY BRANCH LIBRARY GRAND OPENING:
• 10:00 a.m. – Opening ceremony
• 1:30 p.m. – Preschool story time in the Children’s Area
• 2:00 p.m. – Magic Show with Jay Reidy in the Community Room
• All day – Family friendly activities: drop-in craft; scavenger hunt; Spin the Wheel
