An Access Health CT Assister will be at the Black Rock Branch Library to answer your questions every Thursday from 5:00  – 7:00 PM.

On October 1st 2013, Connecticut’s official health marketplace  opened for Connecticut residents and small businesses. It is called Access Health CT.

Access Health CT will make it easier for individuals, families and small businesses to get health coverage. You may qualify for free or reduced cost coverage through Access Health CT. Coverage can begin as early as January 2014.
