Toy Library Launch

Discover a new way to learn and play! The Bridgeport Public Library is pleased to offer its first Toy Collections, now available for checkout at the North Branch Library and Burroughs-Saden Library.

The Toy Library features a diverse selection of educational, creative, and interactive toys designed to support learning through play and make enriching experiences more accessible to local families. The collection will debut at the North Branch Library the following week.

BPL cardholders may borrow up to two items at a time for a seven-day loan period, with the option to renew up to two times.

The Toy Library was made possible with the assistance of Traveling Toys. and the support of donors Jean and Bruce Weiner. Traveling Toys partnered with BPL to help bring the program to the community and expand access to play-based learning resources.
