Lucky Listener

Come to the East Side and read to a “Lucky Listener” from the community. Children ages, 4-10 are invited to sign-up to read to a special guest. Children are guided to select a few books, then are teamed up with our “Lucky Listener.” Sometimes our special guest is Phillip, the miniature poodle or Romeo, the Beagle. Other times our special guests are characters from famous books or local heroes and heroines. This reading promotion program provides children a chance to be deeply listened to. Please contact Ms. Weisz to register so she can arrange for the special guest that is just right for your child.
