Halloween Jewelry for Teens

Teens can design and create their own jewelry for Halloween!  For teens, ages 13-18 years old.  All materials will be provided and available, while supplies last.  Program will be held in the Teen Room on Wednesday, October 16th at 5pm of the Newfield Branch Library.
