Each has its own message: "Enlist in the Navy / To Arms"; "Gee I wish I were a man / I'd enlist in the Navy"; "Here he is, Sir / We need him and you too"; "The Navy needs you! Don't read American history - Make it!"; "Help your country / Enlist in the Navy". The second from the left is the famous 1917 Navy recruitment poster by Howard Chandler Christy.
