Title:
A Local Draft Board Seeing Off the Men
Description:
Black and white photograph showing several members of a local draft board seeing off the first contingent of drafted men. A pencil notation on the back side of the photograph identifies the man in the center with the derby hat as Mr. [possibly Judge?] John M. Pullman. A loose scrap of paper also has "John M. Pullman" written on it as well as "Sergt. Thos. M. Connery" but it is unclear who in the photograph may be Sergeant Connery.
