Rambling Wheelmen Club Headquarters

B/W photograph of a building at 348 Main Street decorated with numerous flags. Men in the windows may be members of the Rambling Wheelmen Club: the man in the second floor center window is William Seltsam, Captain of the Club. The building was the Club headquarters. Back of photo has handwritten notes: "Main St. where Davis and Hawley jewelry store now stands" and "Taken in 1890's by Henry Seeley" and "Property of Wm. Seltsam, Sr. 318 Reservoir Ave".
