Springtime at Beardsley Park, Bridgeport, Conn. In the greenhouse over 100,000 plants are raised annually to plant flower beds in parks throughout the city. This 228-acre park includes a 75-acre pond with bathing beach, and a zoo containing more than 1,000 animals. Bridgeport is known as the Park City.
