Rosie the Riveter with the Connecticut Historical Society

Tuesday, March 21
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Location: Black Rock Library

Join us for this special event celebrating Women’s History Month! “Rosie the Riveter” became an iconic symbol of working women during World War II. What was it really like for them? We’ll look at propaganda posters, art, music, photos, and hear real-life accounts of Connecticut women who worked for victory in the war.
