Please bring your insurance card and photo ID if you have them, but it is not necessary to have health insurance or ID to receive a vaccine.
No one will be turned away for lack of insurance or ID.
Ages 6 months -11 and 12 and older
NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED
BOOSTER SHOTS AVAILABLE TO ALL WHO ARE ELIGIBLE.
