Black Rock Branch: Yoga For Beginners

Learn short meditation and basic yoga techniques with instructor Raruenjit Majarone.  This four week class will help increase flexibility, strength and balance.  Reconnect your mind, body and breath for relaxation and inner peace.  This class is open to adults, seniors AND young adults, ages 14 and up.  Class size is limited to 10 and registration is required.
